This innovative multi-process robotic solution will be exhibited at our stand equipped with a 3 kW blue laser: an ideal solution for processing highly reflective materials with excellent quality and efficiency. The versatility of the IANUS cell allows the machine to be equipped not only with two different processes among powder DED, wire DED, laser welding, and laser hardening, but also with two different laser sources within the same system, changing source on the same laser head depending on needs.

A unique solution on the market due to its laser configuration: a 500 W infrared laser and a 200 W green laser, which can work alternately on the same ⌀150 x 160 mm cylindrical work area. This particular configuration allows you to work with extreme quality and repeatability in both conventional alloys such as aluminum, steel, nickel, titanium, and cobalt-chrome, and highly reflective materials such as pure copper or precious metals thanks to the use of the green laser.
